How does it work?
We cook twice per week, every Saturday and Tuesday. To secure your order onto the weekend cook the deadline for your order to be placed is 2100 Thursday night. You then relax and we do all the prep, cooking and weighing! Your order will then be ready for collection from our Keighley store on the Sunday (1000-1400) or out on delivery between 0900-1600. The same happens all over again on our Tuesday cook, deadline for this cook is 2100 Sunday evening.

What are Clean Eats Kitchen’s delivery days?
We deliver on Sunday and Wednesday.
Where does Clean Eats Kitchen deliver to?
We deliver to all BD Postcodes EXCEPT the following: BD24, BD23 5, BD23 4, BD19
We also now deliver to these postcodes: LS29, LS21, LS20, BB18
Can you deliver to my work?
Yes, we can accommodate two separate delivery addresses as long as they fall within our delivery radius.
How much is delivery?
£3.99 per delivery.
Can I collect from store?
Collection from our Keighley store Sunday (1000-1400) & Wednesday (0900-1500)
Meal Plans
Can you adjust the meals to cater for allergens/dislikes?
Please contact us at info@cleaneatskitchen.co.uk and we will see what we can do, but usually we do stick to our recipes. All ingredients and allergens are listed on our website and all allergens on our food packaging, although “Clean Eats Kitchen Ltd cannot guarantee there will not be traces of the 14 key allergens listed by the Food Standards Agency (FSA) in any of the meals”.
How long do the meals take to heat?
Meals reheat in 2 minutes - 3 minutes microwave power dependant.
How do I heat my meal?
Remove the lid and loosely place back on top of the tub, taking out any sauce-pots or wedges of lime etc if within that particular meal. Place in centre of microwave and heat between 2-3 minutes. Enjoy.
How long do my meals last for once delivered?
Meals delivered on the Sunday should be consumed before Thursday and meals delivered on Wednesday should be consumed before Sunday. Also please see best before date on packaging.
Can I freeze my meals?
Yes you can, although we advise that you do so as soon as your delivery arrives and not to freeze any fish dishes. We do believe that ‘fresh is best’.
Is the meat Halal?
Unfortunately at present our produce is not halal.
We use Ellison’s award winning artisan butchers for all our meat products.
Account Information
How much notice do I need to give for changes to a delivery address?
3 working days.
Is there a notice period for cancellation of a subscription?
You can cancel a subscription anytime with 7 days notice.
Can I pause a subscription?
Yes, we understand that ‘life’ happens and you can pause a subscription for up to a month, please give 7 days notice.
Can I amend my subscription whilst part way through?
Please contact us and we will try our very best.
Can I pay weekly or monthly?
You can choose to pay either.
