What is Meal Prep

 

Meal prepping is the concept of preparing whole meals ahead of schedule.

Having pre-prepared meals on hand can have many benefits, such as keeping track of your calorie intake (as all macronutrients are hand weighed out at Clean Eats Kitchen and labelled on all meals), helping you to reduce portion size, fuelling your body at the right time whether it be for sporting, fitness, work or daily life needs. This way, you’ll avoid unhealthy options like ‘TV dinners’, which are often filled with added salt, sugar and preservatives or takeaways, especially when you’re busy or exhausted. 

Despite what people may think, there are various ways to meal prep — not all of which involve spending a whole Sunday afternoon cooking dishes for the week to come, often with minimal variety. That’s where we come in…. By having us catering for your meal prep you’ll also benefit with reducing your time shopping for food ingredients, saving time with not having to think of recipe planning, you’ll gain variety with our wide range of imaginative and flavoursome meals. Not only will you save in terms of time but when adding all variables up, you save in household energy and money; gas, electric and water.

Our meal prep offers a wide variety with 6 weekly rolling menus. All are prepared, cooked, weighed and presented by our professional team of chefs and meals prep techs.
